wckd / niobium / 2.0 beta

your pixels, everywhere

A client for your AI bots, with Hermes or on-device DSH, with a mature, beautiful pixel-art aesthetic. Every bot is a Pixel: a 48×48 character with a voice, a job and a creature of its own, on your phone and your tablet. Underneath the art is the real gateway: sessions, tools, approvals, rooms.

the aesthetic

Pixel art as a grown-up medium. Whole pixels, nearest-neighbour everywhere, nothing blurred and nothing cute for its own sake. Every character is an adult with presence: original fantasy and cyborg artwork, rendered as 48×48 portraits in the app, with a small companion creature. The interface around them is quiet: pale lavender surfaces, clear hierarchy and purple pixel accents. The bots are the point of the app; the art gives each one a face, and never gets in the way of the work.

Eight original adult fantasy and cyborg portraits, each exactly 48 by 48 pixels
Orion · Nova · Forge · Sage · Nyx · Astra · Vesper · Rook. The current 48×48 cast, using the same pixels as both native apps. Companions are independent 16×16 sprites.

real work underneath

A Pixel runs on Hermes or on-device DSH: its own profile, role, memory, tools, skills, model and a persistent Bot Chat. On Hermes, Pixels discuss tasks in group rooms and message teammates with attribution. Companions stand for real delegated subtasks, with progress, corrections and a Stop control. Nothing on screen is decoration for a state the gateway does not have.

the deck

character with boundaries

Wit, style and a mischievous edge; every human character is 18+, and the product includes no nudity, no explicit acts and no minors. Each Pixel gets a detailed operator briefing, explicit tool access and a named creature with its own temperament. Connections require account authorization; a generated persona never grants credentials.
